What Is A Learnership?
A learnership is a work-based learning programme that leads to a nationally recognised qualification on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).
Learnerships combine a structured learning programme with practical work experience at a company, government department or small business — giving learners both theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills.

What Is QCTO?
The Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) is a statutory body responsible for the development, maintenance and quality assurance of occupational qualifications in South Africa.
M Tech Training is accredited to deliver QCTO-registered occupational qualifications — programmes designed to equip learners with practical and theoretical skills required within the workplace and industry environment.
Training is delivered by qualified facilitators and aligned with national occupational standards.
