What Is A Learnership?
A learnership is a work-based learning programme that leads to a nationally recognised qualification on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).
Learnerships combine a structured learning programme with practical work experience at a company, government department or small business — giving learners both theoretical knowledge and real hands-on skills they can use immediately.

What Is QCTO?
The Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) is the statutory body responsible for developing, maintaining and quality-assuring occupational qualifications in South Africa.
M TECH Training is an accredited QCTO Skills Development Provider — meaning every qualification we deliver is officially registered, nationally recognised and legally compliant with South African education standards.

We ensure proper induction into programmes, access to information resources, counselling, guidance and pre-exit support. Learners are introduced to the NQF and the opportunities to build a lifelong career.
