Company Overview

2006 saw the establishment of M-Tech Training Consultants in the services sector, M-Tech Training Consultants popularly known as VDC.

The company was established mainly to services SMME as they realized that most of the small to medium enterprises do not have the kind of expertise to run their companies effectively to achieve the goals they have set out to do. M-Tech Training Consultants sourced most of these enterprises through Manufacturing and Advisory Councils in the Vaal and Limpopo. TEACHING through this advisory centres gave the company the opportunity to service a wide range of enterprises.

The company is yet to receive institutional accreditation with Health and Welfare Seta to give our learners the assurance that our learnerships are not in vain but help to alleviate skills shortage in the country. The company currently employs three full time staff members with about 5 consultants that we call upon from time to time when the need arise. We also have strategic alliances with small companies that we can call upon to add additional capacity.

M-Tech Training Consultants has a mission to provide the highest quality, effective, practical education and training to all learners at a cost effective fee structure, in a conductive atmosphere. We also aim to achieve Standards and Qualifications registered on the NQF by the following means:-

Structure & Staff

M-Tech Training Consultants uses a simple structure where each of the managers is responsible for a section of the business. Each of the four divisions of the company is headed by a manager and all report to the senior manager. All of the projects are then monitored on a weekly basis with a report for each project filed electronically and physically. The company employs the latest technology and have a quality management system in place. All of the company’s information is securely stored in physical files and electronic files with backup taken on a daily basis. The compositions of teams are done in a way that will maximize cooperation and efficiency.
